  1. The Zucchini pizza kit is the best crust I ever had. And before being diagnosed with Celiac, I ate a lot of regular pizza. The texture and taste is second to none.

  2. We just opened a pkg of this and the sauce packets were swollen almost to bursting. I immediately thought “botulism” and tossed the entire kit. Packaging plainly says to “refrigerate or freeze AFTER opening (emphasis mine).” I strongly recommend you refrigerate or freeze as soon as you get it home.

  3. Where can I find the gluten free pizza? Costco doesn’t care it any more. I have two members of my family that are gluten free and say this is a good pizza. Thank you

    1. Oh no! I know there are some gluten free pizzas online at Costco.com – I haven’t tried them though. There is a link in the post to Molinaro’s website – I’d suggest calling them or filling out their contact form – give them your zip code and ask if they can give you the closest store or two to your home that carry it. You can also ask at your customer service desk if they’ll be getting it back again or of it’s available at another Costco in the area (Molinaro’s kits have been carried on and off at Costco for a long time, so it’s definitely possible it could be coming back or available at another Costco nearby). I hope you can track them down!!
