2022 Thanksgiving dinner planning time again….this Fall, you can find once again find organic whole turkey at Costco in the refrigerated section. These are sold under multiple brands which vary region to region, but all are sold raw/uncooked, USDA Certified Organic, Project Non-GMO Verified and gluten free. The organic whole turkeys at Costco come in a Hen turkey or a Tom turkey, and range from 14 lbs to 19 lbs.
Brands include (but are not limited to): Norbest Farms Turkeys, Plainville Farms, Pitman Farms, and others.

How Much Turkey Should I Buy?
Great question! We love leftover Turkey, so we always go big! But this will vary a lot depending on how big of eaters you have, how much you’re serving with the meal, etc. The National Turkey Federation gives this guidance:
For the guest who’s always reaching for seconds (or if you want to count on tasty leftovers), opting for 1.25-1.5 pounds per person is a safe bet.
