The shrimp cocktail platter at Costco is a seasonal item, it arrives in the Fall well in advance of Thanksgiving. Generally it is not available on a year-round basis. Pair it with King Crab Legs or Salmon for a seafood dinner!

If there’s one thing we’ve learned when we host, its that some parts need to be outsourced. Whether that means ordering in, buying premade food or a platter, or asking guests to pitch in with portions of the meal…every single part of the appetizers/snacks, meal, dessert, beverages, etc. for a large group or party is not manageable for one person…and the best things to outsource are the items that are made just like you’d have made them…and shrimp cocktail really is just boiled shrimp, chilled.
