RACK OF PORK (ENHANCED WITH PORK BROTH. SODIUM CITRATE, AND SALT), SEASONING (SALT, SUGAR. SPICES, DEHYDRATED VEGETABLES (RED BELL PEPPER, GARLIC. ONION), CITRIC ACID), DEHYDRATED ONIONS.
Costco Seasoned Rack of Pork Cooking Instructions
The ready-to-roast Kirkland Signature rack of pork is pre-seasoned and makes an easy and delicious holiday meal option from Costco. Plan on about 1.5-2 hours of cooking time for the Costco seasoned rack of pork, and as always we recommend calculating the cook time in advance so you can ensure your meal is ready when you need it!
Ingredients
- 1 Pre-Seasoned Rack of Pork from Costco
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Remove plastic wrap and discard foam tray
- Place rack of pork onto the center rack of oven
- Cook 18 minutes per pound - approx 1.5-2 hours or until meat thermometer reaches 145 F
- Let set for 15 minutes before serving

Helpful Cooking Time Calculations:
- 7 lbs = 126 minutes or 2 hours and 6 minutes
- 6.5 lbs = 117 minutes or 1 hour and 57 minutes
- 6 lbs = 108 minutes or 1 hour and 48 minutes
