It is only available during the holidays, it generally hits stores a week or two before Christmas Day and Easter Sunday. This rack of pork is the same, it’s just had a different item number at Christmas than Easter.
Most packages range from 5 to 7 lbs, so plan on spending between $20 and $27 depending on the size of the rib rack you choose. You’ll find the prepared Seasoned Rack of Pork in the Costco deli, near the meat and prepared food aisles.

The ready-to-roast Kirkland Signature rack of pork is pre-seasoned and makes an easy and delicious holiday meal option from Costco. - 1 Pre-Seasoned Rack of Pork from Costco
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Remove plastic wrap and discard foam tray
- Place rack of pork onto the center rack of oven
- Cook 18 minutes per pound - approx 1.5-2 hours or until meat thermometer reaches 145 F
- Let set for 15 minutes before serving
