- PREHEAT OVEN TO 500 DEGREES.
- REMOVE PLASTIC WRAP FROM THE ALUMINUM CONTAINER & DISCARD THE FOAM TRAY.
- PLACE IN OVEN ON CENTER RACK.
- COOK FOR 25 MINUTES AT 500 DEGREES
- TURN THE OVEN DOWN TO 200 DEGREES AND CONTINUE TO COOK FOR 20-30 MINUTES PER POUND OR UNTIL A THERMOMETER INSERTED INTO THE CENTER OF THE ROAST READS:
- * 125-135 DEGREES FOR RARE
* 135-145 DEGREES FOR MEDIUM RARE
* 145-155 DEGREES FOR MEDIUM
* 155-165 DEGREES FOR MED WELL
