Fresh shrimp Ceviche at Costco Review

Have you tried the fresh shrimp ceviche at Costco? If you haven’t, you are missing out! It’s delicious! We add fresh avocados and pair it with Siete Tortilla Chips for a healthy snack or light lunch. Shrimp is a great low carb lean protein, and it’s full of diced veggies and comes with some fresh lime wedges to squeeze fresh when serving.
Our Thoughts on the Costco Shrimp Ceviche
We think the fresh shrimp ceviche from the prepared food section in Costco is a really tasty meal shortcut, we’re big fans! We definitely recommend trying this one!
Technically, ceviche is made with raw fish that is cured with lemon or lime juice….we’re not sure if this shrimp is precooked (it’s pretty pink which makes us wonder if it’s cooked)…but technicalities aside…we don’t really care because this fresh pre-made shrimp is delicious and fairly priced. A+ from us to Costco on the ceviche!
