Quick & Easy Keto Costco Pancake Stacks — Blueberry Lemon Cream Cheese Ricotta


2⅔ cups Birch Benders® Keto Pancake + Waffle Mix
1¾ to 2 cups water
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cup cream cheese, softened and divided
1 cup ricotta, divided
Lemon zest for garnish

Birch Benders Keto Costco Pancake Instructions:

In a medium bowl, combine Birch Benders® Keto Pancake + Waffle Mix and water.
Heat greased frying pan or skillet over medium. Ladle batter into pan. Flip once.
