If you’ve been hearing more and more about jackfruit, that’s because it’s super popular right now! And we just found fresh cut jackfruit at Costco! And of course, it’s a super deal! It was also perfect ripe and delicious! Jackfruit is unique in that it has 2 grams of protein per cup!

The fresh cut jackfruit at Costco is from Alpine Fresh and is a product of Mexico. We found it at the Marina del Rey/Culver City Costco – and hope you can find it too! We’ve previously spotted whole jackfruit, but never fresh cut so this is fun because jackfruit isn’t exactly easy to cut – okay it’s not hard – but it’s not like an apple you know 🙂
