Organic Costco Edamame From Fuji Foods

Organic Okami Edamame at Costco is an easy high protein, low fat snack or side. Costco edamame is loved by kids and adults alike, it heats up quickly in the microwave and is a good source of iron, potassium and calcium. Edamame soy beans have 11 grams of protein per serving make it a protein rich alternative to eating meat. And of course we love our edamame with our sushi! It’s healthy, organic, gluten-free, plant based protein and costs about $1.25 per serving.
Our Thoughts on Costco Edamame
If you’re looking for a healthy snack that is high in protein and fiber, look no further than edamame. Edamame, or soybeans, are an excellent way to get your daily serving of vegetables and they can be used as a substitute for other foods like pasta or rice. One of my kids loves it, the other doesn’t love it but he’ll eat a few….if you haven’t had your kids try them I’d definitely grab some and see…they are a great healthy snack all by themselves, or you can toss them on salads or into pastas, or use them in recipes like edamame hummus! We just put a little salt on them and eat them as a snack or appetizer, they taste great to me!
