Jelly Belly Costco Jelly Beans – 49 Flavors!

New packaging and price drop for 2024! Another Easter Basket and Easter Egg stuffer essential! Costco Jelly beans are a traditional part of the both the basket and the hunt at our house, and Jelly Belly are by a long stretch one of the best jelly beans out there! And with 49 different flavors in the bag, the kids LOVE trying to figure out what flavor they got, it’s lots of fun. These are a Costco fan favorite item!
2024 Product Update Note: Costco Jelly Belly Jelly Beans were updated for 2024 to a bag instead of the plastic jar. The price also dropped a dollar. The product itself, quantity of jelly beans, flavors, etc all stayed the same. Just new item number, packaging and price.
My Review
I like that Jelly Bellies are slightly more petite than a traditional jelly bean…so can put a few in each egg! And, they are made in the USA!
If you can use up a Costco size bag of jelly beans – a whopping four pounds – these are a great buy and I highly recommend getting them! I think this is also a great item to split with a friend (or three!) if it’s too many! Not sure of the stated shelf life on them, but given they are basically just sugar….these will last a reeeeally long time if kept air tight and stored in a cool dry cabinet. I also love and highly recommend the Chocolate Lindt Gold Bunnies – I put those in my kids easters baskets every year as well!
Kirkland Signature Costco Jelly Beans Are Made By Jelly Belly!
Not of consequence, but interesting to note…these Jelly Beans are Co-branded with the manufacturer. In many Kirkland Signature products we’re left guessing (and often we’re probably right) who the actual manufacturer is…but with the Kirkland Jelly Beans at Costco, Jelly Belly is labeled prominently on the package. Again, not relevant to whether it’s good or bad…but it’s fun to see this as we don’t usually have confirmation of the manufacturer!
