Each serving has 270mg of Omega-3, 2g of fiber and 0 trans fat.

Did we mention they are delicious, because that’s important in a snack! Not to be underplayed…Costco Aussie Bites are delish! They’re soft and chewy, with a good blend of sweet and savory. Plus they’re packed with omegas, fiber, etc. They’re also made using real ingredients you know and can pronounce – see the Aussie Bites ingredients list below. It’s kind of like a hybrid of a granola bar and an oatmeal cookie. We think these organic Aussie Bites at Costco make a delicious healthy snack! Great for lunch boxes, after school or sports, or keep a few in your desk for that late afternoon snack attack!
They’re also a popular alternative to a lactation cookie, as they contain both flax seeds and oats! But WAY cheaper!

And if you really like to overpay for products, you can always find someone selling Costco’s Aussie Bites on Amazon for an egregious markup, lol!! We don’t recommend this option, but you do you! 🙂
