Review: Cloudies Keto Bread at Costco
Back in the Costco keto bread selection…Cloud bread has become a social media sensation and you can grab this gluten-free, sugar-free, keto bread at Costco right now! Cloudies are known for having a fluffy texture and low calorie, low carb features. It has a wide range of applications, and can be eaten with breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
The Cloud Bread Company recently launched their new cloud bread, Cloudies, at Costco stores in the Southeast and Midwest regions. This adds to the growing selection of Keto bread at Costco. The Cloudies box contains 12 individually wrapped 2-packs, totaling 24 pieces.
Cloudies keto bread at Costco are prepared very easily; you can either take them straight from the freezer to microwave or oven, or you can thaw them overnight in the refrigerator and eat them chilled. It depends on your preference and how you plan to use them.
Costco Keto Bread Cloudies Review
I recently tried the new Cloudies and I enjoyed them. I thawed a 2-pack in the refrigerator overnight, and then microwaved them to get them warm. I used them as mini pancakes topped with strawberries, bananas, and whipped cream. The egg flavor balanced well with the toppings. The texture was not quite as fluffy as a pancake, but it was similar enough. I also tried them as sandwich bread for a mini peanut butter and jelly. This was good as well, but the egg flavor didn’t quite blend as well in this application.
Overall, these are a good keto bread alternative to bread and pancakes if you’re looking for a low-calorie option or trying to stick to a low-sugar diet. There’s definitely a trade-off with this as a healthy substitute to bread, but it fits the bill if that’s what you’re looking for. I will continue to be a customer.
