Beef and Pork Deli Meatballs at Costco – Prepared Meal Review
I tried the new prepared beef and pork meatballs and pasta meal from the Costco Deli and the TL/DR is that’s great, and we will be buying it again! The deli meatballs at Costco are a fully prepared take-and-bake meal – I think this is a great option for a quick, easy, family-friendly weeknight meal.
Each package of the Kirkland Signature deli prepared meatballs comes with 6 generously sized beef and pork meatballs, plus rigatoni, marinara, and parmesan cheese. It’s packaged in an oven-ready container so it can be baked right in the package it comes in! I do love the convenience of the frozen Kirkland Beef Meatballs too – but these are better!

My Review
The meatballs were a hit in my house – my picky 11 year old (iykyk) loves them! He won’t eat pasta with sauce so he just eats the meatballs but that’s the only part I care about him eating lol.
I like the pasta and sauce base a lot – it has cheese mixed in (which you can see on the top, and could scoop some of it out if you don’t like that…but you probably cannot remove it fully) – baked rigatoni is delish. It’s not overly anything – for some maybe plain – but for a family meal this is a good solid meal!
It was a little much for us to eat for one meal, so we divided it up into two meals and just transferred some to a ceramic baking dish and baked for about 30 minutes (instead of the suggested 50 for the whole container).
Leftovers were also a hit with my 10 year old in a meatball sub! I have a list of ways to use the frozen Kirkland meatballs that I wrote up a while ago if you’re looking for leftover ideas these will be good for that!
