  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1/3 of an onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 carrot peeled and sliced
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (omit if you don’t like your soup spicy)
  • 2 cans of cannellini beans
  • 4 cups of chicken broth
