Kirkland Signature Master Carve Boneless Ham at Costco
This KS boneless ham at Costco is a great cold weather meal, and you can freeze them to keep on hand for later. The Kirkland Signature Master Carve Half Ham is Applewood Smoked, uncarved, fully cooked and ready-to-eat. It’s refrigerated in the Costco Deli department, and you can generally find this item throughout the year in-stores.
What We Like About the Applewood Smoked Boneless Half Ham at Costco
We love that this cut is lean and boneless and a smaller size – at about 4-5 pounds per piece, this ham works great for a weeknight family meal, and the leftovers are perfect for ham sandwiches! It lasts a long time refrigerated, and I can freeze it and use it way later – I like that flexibility.
It’s also a great Thanksgiving ham for a smaller crowd, or to be served alongside a turkey, or for just a secondary protein offering when hosting. Ham is pretty kid-friendly so when we’re serving a less kid-friendly main course, this is easy to toss in the crock pot and have something healthy for the kids that isn’t nuggets. Easy to manage in terms of size, yet quite a large piece of flavorful ham for fifteen bucks!

Costco Boneless Half Ham Heating Instructions
If you prefer your ham warmed up, here are some quick and easy instructions to heat up your boneless half ham from Costco. These are fully cooked already, so the most important thing is to maintain the moisture while you're cooking it so you don't have dried out ham!
PLANNING TIP! The time estimate on this recipe card is based on a 4lb ham, you should calculate out your actual cooking time based on the piece of ham you purchased.
NOTE: For smaller hams under 3 lbs, consider increasing the cooking time to 25 minutes per pound.
Ingredients
- 1 Fully Cooked Boneless Half Ham
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove packaging from ham and place in a baking pan with juices.
- Add 1/4 cup of water to pan.

Notes
