Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog cheese pops up at Costco (as do minis of of other Costco fan favorites like it’s sister cheese Truffle Tremor) for a super steal of a price in a whole mini 1 lb. wheel and if you’re lucky enough to see it, snap it up! Or two. We were introduced to Humboldt Fog soft, creamy goat cheese about 20 years ago and it’s still a hit every time I serve it on a cheese board. It’s also keto-friendly!

Update: Cypress Grove Humboldt Fog is back again in So Cal Costco stores in October 2021 and it’s $17.85 per lb…that’s $.10 a pound cheaper than last year. Woot.
