Kirkland Signature Chicken Tortilla Soup Review

It’s officially September now, and that means soup season is here! This week we found the the Kirkland Signature Chicken Tortilla soup back in stock at Costco and we’re reviewing it for you here today. This fall soup is a Costco fan favorite item and is available seasonally and the specialty aisles of Costco. It comes refrigerated in a two-pack and is a heat and serve soup.
Why We Like It
This KS Chicken Tortilla Soup from Costco is a delicious soup! Super flavorful without being spicy, quality chicken pieces (no weird icky bites) and for 120 calories per serving, this is a great quick lunch.
We heated ours on the stovetop, which is the recommended preparation. However, you can certainly microwave it if you’re looking to make this at the office or just don’t want to clean the pot lol.
Our entire family likes it, even our suuuuuuuper picky 9 year old (who hates everything) ate half a bowl today! Half a bowl might not sound like much, but for him, that’s HUGE!

I keep Kirkland chicken tortilla soup on hand whenever possible. Makes a delicious quick lunch or supper. My 92 year old husband likes it because it is not too spicy. Put some bagged tortilla or wonton strips on top as you eat. Yum!
Yes, I love dipping tortilla chips into like it’s salsa lol!! My husband loves it too – we’ve tried the whole foods one too, and the Kirkland is better (and a lot cheaper!). Thanks for visiting and reviewing it!
