The selection of resorts can be more limited or extensive, it really depends on your vacation destination…but in the end we have searched high and low and run numerous Costco travel price comparisons for travel packages with Costco versus other competitors as well as a la carte booking, and we’re yet to come up with more cost savings than the travel packages with Costco.
Costco Travel Booking Tips
ProTip: check the airport transfer when booking, often it’s not significantly more expensive to upgrade – whether it’s upgrading from a compact rental car to a midsize, or from a shared van to a private car.
ProTip: the package will usually automatically default to the lowest price room, and I suggest double checking the room options before booking. We often find room upgrades are very reasonably priced, whether you want to book a better view, a club/concierge level room, or even a suite…Costco has great negotiated discounts on upgraded and luxury rooms too!
