Once a year in the late Fall, we get Urbani Truffle Butter at Costco! It’s delicious, and it’s a super deal – we’re talking half the price of specialty stores where you would normally find it! This specialty foodie find is made with Urbani white truffles and there are tons of fantastic ways to use it for upcoming holiday meals and everyday!

We buy this every year when it hits Costco stores. It’s small but mighty…a little goes a long way! We prefer to cook with ours rather than eat it like butter – if you want to use it to spread like butter we suggest mixing it into your favorite high quality grass fed butter.

We love to sautee wild mushrooms in it and add them to mac n’ cheese – that’s a Christmas Eve Dinner favorite! Guests rave about it!

How We Use Urbani Truffle Butter in Recipes

  • Add to mashed potatoes to make Truffle Mashed Potatoes
  • Toss french fries in melted truffle butter before baking to make Truffle Fries
  • Mix with butter and add a pat to the top of a steak
  • Toss with pasta, veggies and/or chicken
  • Sautee wild mushrooms in truffle butter
  • Add to Mushroom Risotto for a truffle mushroom risotto
  • Add to Mac n’ Cheese for truffle mac
  • Mix with butter and use for truffle garlic bread
