If you have toddlers or preschoolers then you know that a good set of BPA free kids plates bowls and flatware are essential! Right now, Costco is carrying a brightly colored adorable Munchkin dinnerware set for kids that includes 18-pieces and it’s perfect for toddlers and preschoolers! I love Munchkin products as a general rule, and used them often when my kids were toddlers.

Munchkin – in my opinion – is a great mix of quality and durability, good style, and a very fair price point. Yes, I think there are “cuter” brands out there for $25 for a straw cup for a toddler is a little crazy in my opinion! Munchkin offers all around good stuff that is priced appropriate to be using with little kids (who won’t use it for long!).

Why We Love It

We love this munchkin kids’ dinnerware set at Costco in-store right now. Not only is it attractive and colorful but it’s well designed with ergonomic design as well as bpa-free and microwave safe. In general, Munchkin products for babies, toddlers and preschoolers are all fantastic!

We’re also big fans of the Ikea kids dinnerware from a pricing perspective…but these are definitely higher quality and more attractive…and barely more expensive…so we give these two thumbs up!

Price Comparison: Munchkin charges $19.75 for a similar 16-piece dinnerware set online when purchased directly, and they offer it in a lighter color palette – and you can grab that same 16-piece set on Amazon for about $20. All in all, the Costco price includes 18 pieces instead of 16 which makes it a better deal…but it’s definitely pretty comparable if ordering it on Amazon is easier for you.

No matter where you buy your Munchkin dinnerware set, I think the Munchkin it’s a nice set!
