Kirkland Pepperoni Frozen Costco Pizza

frozen Costco pizza

The Kirkland Signature 4-pack of thin crust pepperoni is our favorite frozen Costco pizza, and it’s a staple at our house. I always have a few in my freezer! The box takes up a bit space so I always remove the individually wrapped frozen pizzas and just keep the pizzas – if you’ve done the same and lost your cooking instructions – see below for the baking directions for the Kirkland Signature Frozen Pepperoni Pizza! Costco used to print the cooking instructions on the individual frozen pizzas, but they don’t anymore – scroll down or hit jump to recipe above, I got you 🙂 Plus see our review, Costco frozen pizza price, ingredients and more.

These frozen pepperoni pizzas from Costco are a fan favorite, and you get them in-store, on Same Day Costco or online at Costco. They’re a great way to have your pizza night at home on a budget! These are delish and save a lot of money on your grocery bill and a ton of money versus carry out. If you’ll be near Costco today, you can also always call in a food court pizza order at the Costco Food Court too! Another easy and convenient Costco pizza option!

My Review

Our family loves the Kirkland Pepperoni – and it’s always available in the frozen pizza section at Costco! It’s thin, and the crust bakes up crispy in the oven. I like my pizza cooked well done with a thin and crispy crust, so I cook it a little longer than the instructions, but however you like your pizza cooked, these are very good, we recommend the frozen Costco pepperoni pizzas, and these are definitely our go-to frozen Costco pizza. It’s the right amount of sauce and cheese, has a ton of pepperoni and it tastes great. The KITCHN even ranks it the #1 Best Frozen Costco Pizza!

Our kids especially love the double pepperoni on this Kirkland Pizza – for what it’s worth, the pepperoni are super easy to remove if you want less or even none – because it hasn’t baked with the pepperoni, you can remove it and after cooking you won’t have pepperoni flavor so it’s easy to make it half pepperoni and half cheese. Sometimes the kids have friends over who prefer cheese, and I can easily make it half and half or remove it all turn it into a cheese pizza.

Servings Note: I usually cut the pizza into 8 slices, each kid usually eats 2-4 slices. Adults eat 3-5 or so, depending on appetite and sides. If I make one for my kids to split, there’s usually 1-2 slices left for me – so not a meal worth – I don’t think you can split this by 3 unless their little kids (mine are 10 and 11 yo boys).

Frozen Costco Pizza Cooking Instructions

Cook Time: 12 minutes
Additional Time: 3 minutes
Total Time: 3 minutes

I'm always trying to conserve freezer space so I remove the pizzas from the box (they are individually wrapped in plastic) - if you do the same and need the baking instructions...here you go! It's super easy to cook the frozen pizzas from Costco, see below for the how to cook costco pizza and the cook time.

Ingredients

  • Kirkland Signature Pepperoni Pizza, Frozen, Thin Crust, from Costco

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F
  2. Remove frozen pizza from plastic and place directly on center rack in oven
  3. Bake 12-15 minutes, or to desired doneness (recommend 15)

Notes

We usually bake our frozen pizzas from Costco for 15 minutes, as we like it well done. Since ovens can vary a bit, you'll want to watch your pizza starting around 12 minutes, and rely on what it looks like (cheese melted, and beginning to brown) to decide when it's done. I let mine brown quite a bit because I like it extra crispy 🙂
