Whey We Like It

I often pack ravioli for my kids for lunch on cold days using a thermos! These organic spinach and cheese ravioli are quick to make – they cook in 4 minutes (and I leave the thermos filled with hot water while I cook them so they’re all warmed up) – I like that they have both pasta which is filling, and the cheese/spinach stuffing which has protein! I also often pack them the Nuovo beef ravioli from Whole Foods too. I put butter on them, but marinara works well too (just warm it up first).

.

They are pretty mild flavored, definitely worth a try for picky kids. Try it with the Kirkland Pesto!

  1. I canโ€™t believe that you can only freeze these raviolis for one month only. does that mean I should throw them out after one month? I just took him out today to use after theyโ€™ve been in the freezer for almost one year.

    1. Does the package say it only lasts a month in the freezer? I don’t have any on hand to look at the packaging…but I’ve definitely kept them a lot longer than that in the freezer too. I guess I can’t give any official guidance on how long they last, but I’m still here typing this…so there’s that lol. At a year, in my personal opinion, you’re probably still good, but I would say to eat them soon…
