You'll need a large bowl and a ziploc bag. Best to do it in your sink, but countertop will work too!
- Frozen Chicken Wings
- Place desired amount of chicken wings in a ziploc freezer bag, removing as much air as possible before sealing fully. Don't fill bag more than 1/2 way - use multiple bags if you need to thaw more.
- Place in a large bowl in your kitchen sink and fill with cool water, and leave in water for 30 minutes.
- Remove water and replace with more cool water, leave in water for 30 minutes.
- Use as desired in your favorite wings recipe!
Once thawed, its recommended to use them same day and to use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 180 degrees fahrenheit when cooking.
