This High Liner Tortilla Crusted Tilapia at Costco is a mild white fish, encased in a crispy tortilla crust, and it is surprisingly flavorful with a nice peppery seasoning. It’s not spicy, but the breading packs a lot of punch in terms of taste and flavor. This isn’t a bland fish stick sort of flavor. Both kids and adults in our house enjoy it, making it a family favorite. We purchase this item regularly and recommend!
The breaded tilapia filets aren’t frozen together so you can just pull out as many (or as few) as you need – bake them or air fry them – both ways are great and it gets a nice crispy crust on it! Place rack in center of the oven, and preheat to 425°F.
Place frozen fish in a single laver on a non-stick or foil-lined baking pan
Bake for 13 to 15 minutes
Convection Oven:
Place rack in center of the oven, and preheat to 375°F.
Place frozen tilapia fish fillets in a single layer on a non-stick or foil-lined baking pan
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes.
