Looking for a quick, easy and festive dessert for the holidays? The Kirkland Signature Gingerbread Mini Cakes at Costco Bakery are back in store now! I’m a huge fan of gingerbread – it’s one of my favorites! These are really delicious and topped with vanilla icing (which is good if you have picky kids who don’t like cream cheese frosting) – and come with a festive little decorated mini gingerbread cookie on top of each one!
Is it a mini cake or a giant cupcake? Well, that’s in the eye of the beholder – Costco calls them mini cakes so we’ll roll with it. 1/2 of a Costco mini gingerbread cakes has about 350 calories and 14 grams of fat. I guess cake is cake no matter how you slice it 😉
But seriously, these are really good. If you’re a gingerbread fan I recommend them!
