New to the Bakery are Cookies and Cream mini cakes at Costco! Chocolate cake topped with cookie whipped frosting – these are sure to be a hit with your kids!!
We haven’t gotten a chance to try these yet, but hear rave reviews from those who’ve had them!

Word to the wise: mini cakes at Costco are HUGE and about 2-3x the size of a cupcake!

Admittedly, the ingredients in these are junk – so I probably won’t buy them – I can make cookies and cream whipped topping/frosting pretty easily at home, and in my opinion it tastes much better too! We’re not too critical when it comes to convenience desserts – there’s most definitely a time and a place for them and once in awhile we get them, too! Just not every flavor, every time. No judgement, mini cakes are cheap for a reason…
We’ve heard from multiple friends that they’re great – so if you’re not bothered by the ingredients or need a quick and easy ready-to-eat dessert, we do recommend giving these a try!
I really do wish they made them with slightly better stuff and charged a buck more…but can’t beat the price!
