Costco Mini Cakes Now in Raspberry!
Costco bakery fan favorite mini cake flavor is back! We just found Costco Mini Cakes in Raspberry in-store – Costco generally carries one flavor of mini cake in the Costco bakery, though occasionally we see two options. The Bakery changes the flavors out regularly. The chocolate mini cakes, red velvet Valentine’s mini cakes and snickerdoodle mini cakes at Costco are also fan favorites, but these raspberry buttercream oversized cupcakes are back for May 2023!
The raspberry flavor features vanilla cake with fresh raspberries, topped with raspberry buttercream and white chocolate shavings. These are a favorite, we recommend! Last year we saw both the Raspberry Mini Cakes and the Snickerdoodle Mini Cakes available around this time – fingers crossed we get those Snickerdoodle back!! Those are another favorite!

Price Note: The price of mini cakes at Costco has gone up a dollar since 2022, but these are still a good deal for these oversized cupcakes from Costco!
