Five Upcoming New Costco Warehouse Openings in FL, TN, CA, TX and China!

New Costco Warehouse Locations Opening June 2024

If you’ve long been waiting for Costco warehouse to open near you, you might be in luck. In the next month Costco is slated to open five new warehouses in Florida, Tennessee, California, Texas and China.

Just yesterday, a brand new Costco Warehouse in Loomis California opened it’s doors. Loomis is Costco warehouse number 1371 and although it’s very near the Roseville Costco, it will make accessing Costco a little easier for members in Loomis, Penryn, Ophir, Newcastle, Auburn and surrounding areas. The Costco warehouse in Roseville is consistently one of the top performing warehouses, and we expect this new location in Loomis will help to alleviate some congestion in the Roseville warehouse as well.

Given the short proximity to the opening of these warehouses, it’s unlikely that they’re opening dates will change…but please be sure to double check on the Costco Warehouse Locator before you head on over to shop in these soon-to-be warehouses on my list.

May 2024 New Costco Openings

In May we’ll see a new Costco warehouse open in the Jiangning District of Nanjing, in the Jiangsu province, China. 

Location: Jiangning, CHN #5575

Expected Opening Date: May 28, 2024

June 2024 New Costco Openings

In June, we expect to see four new US Costco warehouses open in Florida, Texas, California and Tennessee, including a new MDO center in Tennessee.

Southeast Region

  • Location: North Port, FL #1682
    • Expected Opening Date: June 5, 2024
  • Location: Mt. Juliet, TN Whse & MDO #1686/#4223
    • Expected Opening Date: June 6, 2024
    • The new Mount Juliet Tennessee Warehouse will also serve As a market delivery operation, which is a large portion of Warehouse used to temporarily store bulky items ordered online like furniture and appliances en route to customer home delivery. It doesn’t really impact Warehouse shoppers per se, however members who reside in the area may find this to help improve their large bulky Costco.com orders both in terms of the speed of delivery and the quality of delivery services offered.

Bay Area Region

  • Location: Riverbank, CA #1683
    • Expected Opening Date: June 13, 2024

Texas Region

  • Location: Richmond, TX #1697
    • Expected Opening Date: June 27, 2024
