So little time, so many new Costco finds! November is a fun month for new finds at Costco because the holidays are rolling in, it’s hard to pick just 10 of the Best New Costco Finds this week with so much new food, desserts and seasonal items! It’s only the first week of November, and I have SO MANY that until I have time to write individual full dedicated reviews of each of these new items, I wanted to share my favorite picks from Costco this week that I think you’ll want to put on your Costco list!

6. Haagen-Dazs Peppermint Bark Ice Cream Bars
The only thing better than Haagen Dazs ice cream might be the Haagen-Dazs Peppermint Bark Ice Cream Bars. I’m a HUGE fan of these, they are delish! Well, if you love peppermint bark, that is! As always, these are a great value at Costco, save a LOT of money over grocery store prices on these if you can eat 15! 8. Kirkland Signature Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoned Almonds
Cheese plates everywhere need these! The Kirkland Signature Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoned Almonds are delicious (I bought two bags of these myself!). They’re roasted to be extra crispy and garlicky and salty. We snack on these, and they’re a great accompaniment for a gourmet cheese and charcuterie plate! Big fan of the crispy texture of these – they’re not quite a marcona almond crisp, but these are pretty darn close for a fraction of the cost! Costco item #1475752 and cost $9.89 for a 2.2lb bag.
9. Raincoast Crisps
I am a HUGE FAN of Raincoast crisps crackers! They are so unique, hearty and delicious – they tend to be full of dried fruits, herbs and seeds/nuts. So crunchy and flavorful – and are a super complement to soft cheeses especially. A great add-on to any cheese and charcuterie plate! This 3-pack includes 2 boxes of cranberry and hazelnut, and 1 box of rosemary raisin pecan crackers. Lesley Stowe Raincoast Crisps Entertaining Pack, 3 count, is Costco item number 1176983 and costs $11.89.
10. Chef Hak’s Creamed Spinach
We served this Chef Hak’s Creamed Spinach from Costco recently while hosting a few families for a backyard bbq. It’s super easy, tastes great, and when hosting a crowd its sometimes tricky to pick sides for everyone – since this is gluten free, no added sugar, and so quick to prep it was an easy side to add on to the menu and it was a hit! Each box has 2 packets inside so you can make both (like we did) or make this to go with two different meals. Chef Hak’s Creamed Spinach 32 oz. package is Costco item number 1684734 and costs $13.79.
