Pumpkin Cheesecake at Costco Ingredients

I got a phone call yesterday from a costco manager that the pumpkin cheesecake I had bought does not meet their high standards, and I will get a credit for it. What is exactly wrong with it, I would like to know, because I had already a couple of pieces. Please reply to me by email. Thank you.
Hello! CostContessa is a retail website that features and reviews products from Costco and other retailers – but we’re not Costco ๐ You can reach customer service at Costco on their site www.costco.com and they even have an online chat feature on their customer service page that is really handy. We don’t know of this specific issue, but in our experience when Costco states a product “does not meet their high standards” it refers to flavor/texture. In our experience, if there is a risk/recall/contaminant or other imminent health concern about a product, Costco will be very clear about that in their communication. With house made bakery products, it could be that one batch just wasn’t quite right (overcooked or something like that)…but the item you bought came from a different batch and was fine ๐ Hope you found the answer! Thanks for stopping by!
