Costco Bakery New Pineapple Upside Down Cake

New for Fall in the Costco Bakery is the Pineapple Upside Down Cake – I have the fat, calories and complete nutritional panel for you below. This is the first time I’ve ever seen the Kirkland Signature Pineapple Upside Down cake – I know some others have reported seeing it before – I think maybe its been in Hawaii before and now it’s expanding? I’m not totally sure! If you’ve had it PLEASE drop your review below because I haven’t had a chance to try it yet!

The Costco Pineapple Upside Down cake weighs in at 3 lbs and costs $13.99 so this is not one of Costco Bakery’s more budget buys – is it worth it?!?! I’m planning to buy one next week – I have to say it looks delicious. I think the ingredients are ok. Could be better but could be worse. I’m going to give it a try – so check back and I’ll drop my review in an update 🙂 Hopefully some others can leave their reviews in the meantime!
