100 Calorie Healthy Choice Fudge Bars at Costco are delicious and they are now back at Costco again this year – they’re also on sale in the June-July Coupon Book. These frozen treats at Costco are organic chocolate fudge popsicles. For a low calorie “fudgesicle” these are not only a great summer 100 Calorie treat, but they have 3 grams of protein and are a source of Calcium, Iron and Potassium! And they’re delish!
Seasonal Item: The Healthy Choice Fudge Bars are a seasonal item and I tend to see them arrive in stores in the late Spring/early Summer (around May/June). They’re a fan favorite and I recommend stocking up if love them as in recent years I haven’t seen them come back often throughout the year.
Are They Good?
I think they’re pretty good for 100 calories! It’s all relative…I mean they’re not a Haagen Dazs Bar, no…lol. The people who tend to love them are often those who are on Weight Watchers (or another similar program), those counting calories, light eaters, and those specifically looking for an organic fudgesicle. They’re also a good option for frozen dessert for kids for a classroom dessert or after sports or a birthday. With only 8 added grams of sugar, they’re on the lower end of added sugars for a frozen dessert in my opinion (this is surely subjective, but as a mom of two tweens, that’s my experience).
Takeaway: Costco has a lot of desserts, but let’s be honest, Costco doesn’t have a lot of low calorie choices. Whether you’re on a low calorie, low fat or just looking for treats without too many calories…these Organic Healthy Choice Fudge Bars at Costco are one of the few 100 calorie desserts you’ll find. And hey, they’re pretty good, and organic! Recommend!

We used to buy these all the time at our local store. (Baxter, MN) Now they are no longer available. What gives??
They rotate the inventory all the time – there is a core product line that’s always available but these rotate in and out. They always come back but aren’t part of the core product line.
Love them. So does my husband! Costco in Florence, Kentucky has been out of them. Hope my next trip there I find them in stock. Our Costco store is really great.
