Costco Meal Review
I recently tried both of these Costco Kevin’s items together and had a very pleasant experience. The convenience is the key factor with both of these dishes; you simply can’t put a value on the ability to put a complete keto Costco meal on the table in less than 10 minutes.
The chicken comes in small to medium sized chunks and boasts a fairly tender texture. The sauce provides a light Thai flavor with just a hint of coconut sweetness. Pairing this with the mashed cauliflower offered a nice balance of sweet and savory.
The mashed cauliflower has a great chunky texture with creamy, cheesy flavors. I will absolutely buy both again and even pair the mashed cauliflower with different protein dishes.
